Job Purpose(职位目的)
The Technical Sales Manager – Engineered Compounds will be responsible for sales development activities of APEX-POLYMER  engineering thermoplastic compounding business in China focus on South China area.

Main Responsibilities(主要职责)
Build sales strategies and constantly develop new business/customers to profitably grow APEXPOLYMER  engineering compounds business in line with assigned objectives and to increase market share.
在指定的范畴订定销售策略和连续开辟新业务/客户来增加的工程塑料业务的利润和扩大市场份额。
Provide market and competition situation analysis information and report findings within the organization, identify potential customers.
供给市场和合作态势阐发信息和在构造内部陈述新的发明,寻觅潜伏的客户。
Providebest-in-class sales support, technical service and field trials if required.
供给最好的贩卖撑持,技术服务和产物实验。
Continuallycreate brand awareness and present APEXPOLYMER Engineered Compounds products and services to all customers in a consistent and professional manner.
持续性地培养品牌意识,专业地向客户演示的产物和服务。
Establishand maintain good relationship with existing custmers as well as new developed.
成立和保护与现存及新开辟客户的优良干系。
Collect, review and submit accurate customer information and requirements to Customer Service Labs (CSL) on a timely basis for new product development.
实时搜集,回忆和提交精确的客户信息和要求并提供应实验室和研发部分,以助于新产品开发。
Makespresentations to create awareness of APEXPOLYMER Engineered Compounds products/services.
向内部做演示以成立雅柏塑料的产物,服务认识。
Monitorand control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt.
监控客户应收账款来只管削减过时未付和坏账。
Enterprojects with service lab as required.
根据要求向实验室和研发机构提交项目。
Submitsrequired reports on a timely basis.
实时递交相干陈述。
Work closely with production, supply chain, technical and support personnel in the company.
和公司的消费,供给链,手艺和撑持部分严密协作。
Undertake new job responsibilities and duties as instructed by superiors from time to time.
可以根据下级主管的要求负担新的事情职责。

任职要求:
Minimum1 years sales experience withprimary focus on engineering thermoplastic compounds, injection molding and/orplastic processing technologies.
最少1年贩卖经历,次要在热塑性工程塑料,注塑成型以及其他塑料加工手艺。
Good understanding of polymers and plastics with emphasis on compoundingproducts that service customer product design requirements will be anadvantage.
对高分子和塑料有较好的了解,共混改性产物尤佳,有协助客户产品设计的才能更好。
Experience in handling both multinational and local accounts.
处置国际性客户和当地客户的经历。
Successful track record in achieving sales targets and/or wealth oftechnical knowledge.
在到达贩卖目的和手艺常识积聚方面有胜利的记载。
Successful development and execution of market plans and projectactivity.
胜利的开辟和施行市场开辟项目和方案的经历。
Ability to sell both products and value concepts at various organizationallevels.
在客户差别层级贩卖产物和代价的才能。
Excellent written and oral communication skills with good proficiency inEnglish will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage large geographical territory.

Willing to travel extensively within assigned market territories.

Preferred Qualifications(优先天分)
University degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry,Polymer Science, and/or related business background
专科及以上,化工工程,化学,高分子科学大概相干业务布景。
Basic skills in spreadsheet, word processing and database applications
根本的电子制表,文字处理和数据库才能。
